Description of our horizontal type pellet cooler
Combine the cooler and sieve based on the length of the rotating sieve drum, which consists of the screen drum and frame. There is a certain degree between the rotary screen drum and the ground. The outside of the sieve is covered with closed steel in order to reduce the noisy pollution. On the variable speed system, the screen drum rotates at a certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom by rotating the screen drum. Fine powder is discharged from the front of the screen drum and good cakes are discharged from
the back of the screen drum. During the cooling and sieving process, rotate evenly, low pulse and vibrate, and stable. The installation of the combined cooler and sieve is easy, which can be directly on the ground, floorboard or storage. This machine is easy to properly collect dust and maintain.

Why should we use wood pellet cooler?
After the pelletizing process (feed pellet machine or wood pellet machine), the temperature of wood pellets is about 60-80 degrees Celsius, and in the wear; remove moisture and the content of wood pellets is about 10%, so we should use the cooler to reduce about 3-4%; remove moisture and such wood pellet is easy to store.
