Product Description

The pellet cooler is mainly used for cooling the animal feed and wood pellets in the pelletizing section. It cools the pellets coming from the pellet mill with a temperature of 70-90 ° C to a temperature of 3 ° C ~ 5 ° C, slightly higher than the ambient temperature, and is able to lower to a safe moisture content. The cooled pellets not only improve the hardness of the pellets, but also can prevent mold, which is good for the transportation and storage of feed pellets.

1) Counter flow pellet cooler is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. The hot air touches the hot pellets and the cold air touches the cold pellets, so as to avoid the cracks on the surface of the pellets caused by the sudden cooling caused by the direct contact between the cold air and the hot pellets. At the same time, the airlock is adopted for feeding and a larger space of the air inlet, so it can get better cooling effects.

Application of Vertical Pellets Cooler

Vertical pellets cooler is a kind of advanced cooling equipment for granule materials, mainly equipped in the granule production line, used for cooling the granule materials produced from the granulator which contain a certain moisture and higher temperature, dry and cooling, meet the storage requirements.
